Shipping Policy
Most custom orders take approximately 7–14 working days for production after final artwork approval. Production time may vary depending on the product, quantity, finishing and order complexity.
Please note that production time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Methods
We offer international shipping to customers worldwide. Available shipping methods and costs depend on the destination, parcel size, weight and order requirements.
For eligible destinations, standard registered air mail may be available. FedEx Express is also available for faster and more reliable delivery.
Standard Registered Air Mail
Where available, orders may be shipped by registered air mail with tracking.
Estimated delivery time is normally approximately 7–21 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination, postal service and customs clearance.
Standard postal shipping is not available for all destinations.
FedEx Express
FedEx Express is available for most international orders and is recommended when faster delivery or more reliable tracking is required.
Estimated delivery time is normally approximately 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Shipping charges vary according to the parcel size, weight and destination. Any applicable FedEx shipping charge will be confirmed before payment or shown in your quotation.
United States Orders
For orders shipped to the United States, FedEx Express is currently required. Standard postal shipping is not available for U.S. orders at this time.
The applicable FedEx shipping charge will be confirmed based on your order quantity, parcel size and delivery address.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Times
All delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, local courier or postal delays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.
