Terms of Service
1. Overview
This website is operated by FW Label (Fancyweaver). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FW Label (Fancyweaver).
By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, placing an order or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with any policies referenced on this website, including our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.
2. Our Products and Services
Fancyweaver supplies custom branding and labeling products, including but not limited to:
- Custom woven labels
- Custom printed fabric labels
- Custom hang tags
- Custom embroidered patches
- Ribbons
- Stickers
- Selected packaging and branding accessories
Most products are custom-made according to the customer’s artwork, size, colour, material, quantity and finishing requirements.
Product specifications, minimum order quantities, prices and availability may vary depending on the product and order requirements.
3. Quotations and Prices
All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of enquiry.
Prices may vary according to:
- Product type
- Size
- Quantity
- Number of colours
- Material
- Finishing
- Artwork complexity
- Shipping destination
- Courier charges
We reserve the right to revise a quotation if the final specifications differ from the information originally provided.
Unless otherwise stated, import duties, customs fees and local taxes are not included in our quoted prices.
4. Artwork and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, text, logos, dimensions and other information required for production.
By submitting artwork to Fancyweaver, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use the artwork, logo, trademark, text or other material supplied.
You are responsible for checking spelling, measurements, layout, colours, folding style and other specifications before giving final approval.
Fancyweaver is not responsible for errors contained in artwork or instructions that have been supplied or approved by the customer.
5. Digital Proofs and Approval
We normally prepare a digital proof for custom orders before production.
The proof is provided so that you can check details such as:
- Artwork and layout
- Size
- Text and spelling
- Colours
- Folding or finishing
- Product specifications
Production will normally begin only after the proof has been approved.
Once approval has been given and production has started, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply if changes are requested.
6. Physical Samples
A physical sample may be available or recommended for selected custom orders.
Where a physical sample is requested, bulk production will normally begin after the customer has approved the sample or confirmed that production may proceed.
Physical samples may differ slightly from final bulk production because of normal manufacturing tolerances.
7. Production Times
Production time varies according to the product, quantity, finishing and complexity of the order.
Most custom orders normally require approximately 7–14 working days after final approval, although some products or complex orders may require additional time.
Production times are estimates and do not include shipping time.
Urgent orders may be possible depending on production capacity. Please contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline.
8. Manufacturing and Colour Tolerances
Custom-made products may have small variations between samples, digital proofs and final production.
For woven labels, colours are produced using available yarn colours and may not exactly match:
- Pantone colours
- Printed colour references
- Computer screens
- Mobile displays
Small variations in colour, weaving, printing, cutting, folding, positioning or dimensions may occur as part of normal manufacturing processes.
Reasonable manufacturing tolerances are not considered defects.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If production has not started, we will review whether the requested change or cancellation can be accepted.
If artwork preparation, proofing, sampling or production work has already been completed, associated costs may be deducted from any refund.
Orders that have entered production normally cannot be cancelled.
10. Payment
Payment methods may include:
- PayPal
- Credit or debit card through supported payment platforms
- Bank transfer where agreed
Production will normally begin after the required payment and final approval have been received.
The customer is responsible for providing correct billing and payment information.
11. Shipping
Available shipping methods depend on the destination, parcel size, weight and order requirements.
Shipping options may include registered air mail and FedEx Express where available.
For orders shipped to the United States, FedEx Express may be required where standard postal shipping is unavailable.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may be affected by:
- Customs clearance
- Public holidays
- Weather
- Courier delays
- Postal delays
- Events outside our control

12. Customs, Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs charges or local taxes.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Fancyweaver is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
13. Refunds, Returns and Defective Goods
Most Fancyweaver products are custom-made specifically for each customer and therefore cannot normally be returned simply because the customer changes their mind.
If you believe your order is defective, damaged or produced incorrectly compared with the approved specification, please contact us promptly and provide:
- Your order number
- Details of the issue
- Clear photographs or videos
- The quantity affected
Where a production error is confirmed, we may offer an appropriate solution such as replacement, remake, partial refund, full refund or another agreed resolution.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content on this website, including text, graphics, photographs, logos and website design, is owned by or licensed to Fancyweaver and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.
Customer artwork remains the property of the customer or its respective owner.
We will not knowingly claim ownership of customer trademarks or logos supplied for production.
15. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information, pricing, photographs and descriptions on our website are accurate.
However, occasional errors or outdated information may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, revise prices or change product specifications where necessary.
Product images are for reference and actual finished products may vary slightly because of materials, colours, lighting, screen settings and production processes.
16. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party platforms and services, including Shopify, payment providers, review services, courier services and other applications.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
We are not responsible for the independent operation of third-party websites or services.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fancyweaver will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
