Shipping policy

Most custom orders take around 7–14 working days after payment is received and the digital proof has been approved. This production time does not include shipping time.

Free worldwide standard air mail shipping is included in the product price.

Standard Air Mail:
Orders are shipped by Hong Kong Registered Air Mail. This service is trackable, but no signature service is included. Estimated delivery time is usually around 7–28 working days.

FedEx Express Upgrade:
If you need faster delivery, you can choose FedEx Express at checkout for an additional US$45. FedEx Express usually takes around 3–5 working days to major international cities.
